The Essential Program:

The pelvic floor program at Brown-Rogers offers an effective solution to pelvic floor dysfunction.  In therapy, patients receive customized treatment that is based on clinical findings and related medical history.  The program includes muscle training with the use of biofeedback, education in lifestyle modification, dietary advice, postural education, core strengthening, and an individualized home exercise program.

Program Features:

  • Truly individualized and tailored program

  • Private treatment rooms

  • Respect for client privacy

  • Examination of dietary practices and dietary advice

  • Use of biofeedback to gain sensitivity and control over pelvic floor muscle function

How our program differs from other Baton Rouge pelvic floor programs:

Brown-Rogers offers treatment that is truly innovative and individualized.  We understand that the same approach will not work with every client, as the treatment of bowel or bladder dysfunction can very complex.  Our therapists take the time to understand your individual situation, and understand that each client will be different.  We want to walk with each patient on his or her own  path to healing, recognizing the uniqueness of the journey.
